Christmas Baking

It's cold and rainy out today.   A perfect day to be in the kitchen baking up some Christmas goodies.

I made some Biscotti.  Now, if you have only had store bought biscotti and think you don't like it because it is hard as a rock, you will change your mind when you have homemade.

It is crisp, but not hard.  Perfect with coffee, latte or wine!

You can find my recipe here.
Welcome Home,
Penny

I had to check and see what I said last time. I was afraid that I might've said that I didn't like biscotti because it's so hard. Phew. I didn't. =) I believe you when you say that yours are much better. Enjoy!

It is cold and rainy here in my part of NC too. Baking sounds good. I'm making chicken enchilada soup and thinking of making buckeyes later.
I LOVE your tree in that little bowl? It is really cute.

Biscotti is one of my favorite things to make this time of year. I have a killer orange walnut recipe drizzled with chocolate. Homemade is nothing like what you buy in the store. Yours looks great!

I looked back at your recipe and may just try it. I've stayed away from biscotti because, as you say, it is always very hard in the cafes. Crisp sounds just right!
