My dear Penny! I hope you are planning to do this again. That weekend we will be in Thomaston Alabama at the Sealy Family Reunion. Mac and I celebrate our Anniversary on the 15th and we'll be on the road. I know I'll be missing a great time! I've been away awhile, but back now and looking forward to backtracking and seeing what all you've done to that beautiful home!

Penny, I would so love to come, but don't know if I can make it work. It is parent's weekend at my daughter's college, but it is a night football game. Let me think about all the logistics and I will get back with you. Murphy's Law....everything always falls on the same weekend!!! Love & blessings from NC!

I'll be in Ashville on the 14th to tour the Biltmore Estates! My friend and I are driving up the east coast to see the beautiful fall foliage. We don't get much of that here in Texas!! lol!!

Penny - I'm thinking if I start hitchhiking from Oregon in a day or two I might be there in time! Oh, how I wish I could join you. Be sure and take lots of pictures and share them with us, and ask the other bloggers to do the same so you can link to them and we will get a 'feel' of the fun you're going to have. What a great idea! Maybe someone out this way will do the same. I have a bit more home improvement to do in my tiny, little house but maybe - hmmmm. . .

That just sounds like so much fun! We bought season passes to Biltmore back @ Christmas, and have only been up there once. I do hope to get back up there soon. I've been wanting to go antiquing there, and I just haven't worked it out. Please put me down as a 'maybe'. That's the one weekend my oldest daughter doesn't haven't a soccer game, but it is her birthday weekend, so I guess it's a maybe for now. Sounds wonderful.

Oh that sounds heavenly! I wish I was still in the Carolinas. I just love Asheville; I'm sure everyone will have a lovely time. You asked if I had ever told you that your blog was the first I had ever discovered and no, I don't believe I ever did, so your memory is not going. :) I was searching for something for the home and comfort and somehow landed on your blog. I just fell in love and kept coming back and looking at other blogs, too. It has turned out to be a wonderful bit of serendipity. :)
